Who am I and what do I do?
Hi, my name's Ashley Allen and I'm a freelance web developer based in Preston, Lancashire.
I work with local, small businesses and higher education facilities on web design and web development projects. I've helped many businesses and organisations got their company online with brand new websites that have helped them grow and increase sales!
I specialise mainly in developing websites and web applications in Laravel. Some of my previous work has been featured on the official Laravel News website.
I graduated with a Master's degree in Computing with a distinction in 2018.
I have worked with a variety of small businesses and organisations such as: Hinge, Premier Graphics, Coolfix Ltd, Your Hippo, Prism Signs, Lowri Dowthwaite, Pronar UK, Agri-Bay, Agritrend Online, and UCLan (University of Central Lancashire).
One of my very first website design clients was a company that was just starting out and
needed a website to promote their services and products. We worked together to build a site
that helped his business to grow and he has now expanded to a much larger company.
I loved the feeling of excitement knowing that I had helped a small, local business to make
one of their first sales! This made me realise that website design and development for small
businesses was something I would want to specialise in!
I help small businesses by creating modern, powerful and effective websites
for them. Over the past several years of doing this, I have watched businesses succeed
through using websites I have designed for them.
I mainly cover areas in Lancashire, such as Blackburn, Preston, Burnley, Clitheroe,
Longridge, Accrington, Blackpool, Garstang, etc. But I am open to working with clients
further away.
Help build your online presence with our website design services just like these clients did!
